Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1) Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on license.hostrafel.com, including (but not limited to) software licenses, activation keys, subscription renewals, and related digital services offered by Host Rafel.

2) Key Condition (No Refund After Activation)

Once an order is marked as “Active” (license issued/activation key delivered or service provisioned), NO refunds will be provided.

“Active” status includes any of the following:

  • License key displayed on-screen or sent via email/SMS/panel
  • License bound/linked to a domain, server, or hardware ID
  • Service provisioning completed in the client account

3) Eligibility Before Activation

Before an order is activated, you may request a cancellation and refund (if the license key has not been issued or the service has not been provisioned). Host Rafel will review such requests at its sole discretion.

4) Digital Goods & Instant Delivery

Our products are digital in nature and may be delivered instantly. Once delivered or activated, they cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked in a reliable way. Hence, we maintain a strict no-refund policy after activation.

5) Incorrect Purchase / Incompatibility

Please verify product compatibility and requirements before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect selections, incompatibility with your environment, or change-of-mind once an order is active.

6) Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or suspend services in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.

7) Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving a valid license or active service is considered abuse. We may disable associated licenses/services and may pursue recovery of fees.

8) Downtime or Third-Party Issues

Temporary downtime, third-party outages, or factors beyond our reasonable control do not qualify for refunds. We strive to resolve issues promptly, but refunds are not guaranteed once orders are active.

9) Legal Compliance

Nothing in this Policy restricts any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. However, for digital licenses/services, refunds are not provided after activation unless required by applicable law.

10) How to Request a Refund (Before Activation Only)

To request cancellation/refund for a non-activated order, contact us with your Order ID and reason:

If approved, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
